En rødskjorte af værste kaliber udtaler sig.
Højst problematisk at udtale sig INDEN en dom . Det er ren afpresning af dommerne i The Constitution Court.
Det er også højst problematisk at The Nation overhovedet offentliggør udtalelserne.
Både Korkaew og den ansvarlige redaktør burde sidde bag tremmer nu for opmuntring til borgerkrig og for at skabe lynchstemning.
På dagen for dommens offentliggørelse , fredag den 13. Juli er førstedamen , Bimboen , naturligvis IKKE i Thailand....
De kære Thailændere har meget at lære når det gælder demokrati.. 
Korkaew warns of civil war if court rules against amendments

Pheu Thai party-list MP and red-shirt leader Korkaew Pikulthong Wednesday warned that a civil war would break out if the Constitution Court ruled against charter amendments.
But Korkaew expressed confidence that the court would not rule that the amendments were tantamount to attempts to toppling the ruling system and in violation of article 68.
Korkaew said he expected that the court would rule that the amendments could be made on an article-by-article basis.
He said that in the worst case scenario, the court would rule that the amendments were efforts to topple the Constitutional Monarchy.
If that proved to be the cases, civil war would erupt, he said.
Korkaew said the government would not accept such a ruling and the government’s supporters would retaliate against Constitution Court judges by filing complaints with the police accusing the judges of sedition.
He said if police refused to arrest the judges, the people would take the law into their own hands and try to arrest the judges.
Korkaew said the elite would mobilise their supporters to protect the judges and the people of the two sides would clash.
Korkaew said police would not be able to control the situation so the military would stage a coup. After the coup, the people would come out to wage a civil war against the military, Korkaew added.

Security has been beefed up at the Constitution Court amid fears the red shirts will come out in force and try to capture the judges if they view tomorrow's verdict as very negative.

Pheu Thai list-MP and United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) co-leader Korkaew Pikulthong said Wednesday the red shirts would definitely refuse to accept the verdict if the court ruled that the charter amendment bill aims to overthrow the constitutional monarchy and seize power by unlawful means.
He said the people who fought for democracy, and the Yingluck Shinawatra government and its supporters, would not accept such a ruling.......

Thai court dismisses complaint against ruling party

BANGKOK, July 13, 2012 (AFP) - Thailand's ruling party escaped the threat of dissolution on Friday after the Constitutional Court dismissed an opposition complaint that had raised fears of reigniting the kingdom's bitter splits.
"The Court dismiss all the petitions," said Nurak Marpraneet, one of eight judges at the Bangkok court, which had been flanked by security forces in anticipation of the ruling.
The court found complaints against plans by Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's party to amend the constitution -- drawn up under the military junta that deposed her divisive brother Thaksin -- were unfounded.
Opposition Democrats, which were swept out of power in a landslide election win for Yingluck last year, alleged the efforts to amend the constitution signalled a threat to the deeply-revered monarchy.
"There are not sufficient facts to convince the Court that the defendants are trying to overthrow the constitutional monarchy," said Nurak, adding a drafting assembly had yet to be elected.
Hundreds of police officers surrounded the court building in the hours leading up to the decision as the country braced for a possible violent reaction to the verdict.
Yingluck's party vowed to go ahead with the amendment.
"Puea Thai will call meeting next week to map out our next move, but we are adamant that we will have to amend the constitution because it is a social contract with our supporters, who voted for us in the hope they would get a new charter," party spokesman Pormpong Nopparit told AFP.
Political tensions in Thailand have spiralled since huge anti-Thaksin rallies helped topple the tycoon, who draws support from rural and working class "Red Shirts" but is reviled by the Bangkok-based elite and military.
Judicial rulings have played a key part in Thailand's volatile recent past, with two pro-Thaksin premiers forced from office in 2008 by the courts.
Their departure made way for the Democrats, who are backed by the military and Bangkok elite, to take power in a parliamentary vote.
Puea Thai swept to power last year on a wave of Thaksin support following deadly 2010 Red Shirts street protests.
But the Democrats, who also fear the move could be used to open the way for Thaksin's return, alleged the underlying motivation threatens Thailand's system of constitutional monarchy.
The complaint was based on the "overconcern of the petitioner for the monarchy", Nurak said.
The Democrats said they accepted the ruling on Friday. "We are not going to create any conflicts or agitate anything," said party spokesman Chavanond Intarakomalyasut.

Ja, men som jeg læser det på forskellige sider, er de "hardcore" røde absolut ikke glad for dommen.
Dommen er, at der kan laves ændringer paragraf til paragraf, hvis regeringen ønsker at ændre hele loven, skal der en folkeafstemning til.
Såe, det de håbede, at Thaksin bare kunne komme hjem som en anden Mesias, sker nok heldigvis ikke.
