About EBS
The European Bartender School is an absolute market leader in the bartending industry. With two global offices and a dedicated team of professionals, we have trained over 40.000 bartenders from all over the world for more than ten years.

We are aiming to increase our sales in the coming years, and to achieve this goal, we will need an experienced sales trainer / team manager to reinforce our team based in Phuket, Thailand.

The position
In this new position, you will lead and train an international team of sales agents from all over the world. The team size will vary over time but not exceed 16 people.

By continuously improving existing procedures and coming up with new ones, you will gradually improve performance and efficiency. Motivating the team and training individual agents will be an important part of the job.

Our ideal candidate will work closely together with the office manager at EBS by regular sales meetings. As an experienced sales manager, you are familiar with CRM systems, using available data to optimize sales of the team and individual members. Working with the marketing department and its PPC specialist will allow you to develop an understanding of our target market.

EBS expects you to:

• Work with the office manager/board of directors
• Provide exceptional customers service
• Work closely together with the marketing, HR and the financial/payroll department
• Support, motivate and train sales agents
• Meet or excel team sales goals
• Communicate team goals and create a rewarding and fun working atmosphere
• Continuously improve existing procedures and create new ones that increase efficiency of the team, both towards the customer and the company

Our requirements:

• A minimum of five years of call centre experience with at least two years at a team leader level or equivalent
• College degree or similar education preferred
• Proven leadership, management and motivational skills
• Experienced MS-Office user (excel, word)
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in English, additional languages a very strong plus
