Production/Technical Manager for our site in Thailand
Our site in Thailand is looking into significant growth and has already this year invested in new machinery and technologies.
To support this development ETK EMS Asia Productions Ltd. in Rayong province are now looking for a Production/Technical Manager with a background in an electronic production maybe as technician or production supervisor. We expect you have had minimum 5-6 years experience in electronic production and this could be your first managerial job.

The site control following technologies: SMT, IMT/HMT, AOI inspection, Box Build and Test.
If you have an overall knowledge of these technologies and are used to work very structured in optimizing and control these technologies, we have a super interesting challenge for you in a very exiting country and culture.
At present the site has 4 non-Thai employees in the administration.

Assignments:
· Daily management of Production Team leaders, Engineering and Technicians
· Secure and help with training in SMT, IMT/HMT, test and box build
· Processes control in production
· Secure procedures in our quality system are being followed, and future development of the system with the Quality department
· Secure that all products complies to IPC610
· Contribute to the further development of the production setup
· Customer contact (Technical challenges or by visits)

Your competences:
· Ready to challenge new assignments every day.
· You have updated, hands on, experience with at least one of following processes, SMT, hand soldering and wave soldering
· You have knowledge and used to work with IPC610 and its preferable you also know J-STD-001standard
· Can work very systematic, have high quality norms, can keep cool and focus on the assignment, work independent.
· You need to have a personality that creates respect and consistency but also be a Team player!
· You need to have documented experience from an electronic manufacturing site
· Used to work with ERP system (we use Microsoft Dynamics Axapta)
· English skills on level of experience in speaking and writing.
· Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
