Så vidt jeg ved kan man ikke få 1 års visa andre steder end i sit hjemland.......... Kun 90 dages..... JPO.. Om du starter med et 90 dg / 1 års fra dk gør ingen forskel..... Du skal på emigration inden de 90 dage er udløbet og ansøge om en ... Permit to stay... ( wife visa ) retirement må andre svare på........ Men har du de 800 tusinde at sætte i banken, kan det være hip som hap. Permit to stay gælder så et år.  joe men den fornyes hver 90. dag..Det er da logik ik..  Men det er nu nem nok, gider du ikke selv tage på emigration hver 3. mdr, så sender man papirerne, de samme hver gang Og møder så først op igen efter 1 år..... Hvor hele møllen starter forfra. først aflevere papirer, en mdr senere hente dem....... Jeg kan ikke påstå jeg har haft nogen problemer med det..... Man skal selv vide det er muligt at sende papirerne, eller spørge dem om ikke det er muligt, det oplyses af uvisse grunde ikke umiddelbart.. |

alt der visa snak, er en lille smule omsont, fakta er , de forskellige provinser/kommuner har flere regler i skuffen som de kan hive op efter godtbefindende, har de en dårlig dag, skal du bare trynes,nogle ambassader rundt omkring thailland tolker lovene som en magdemostration, og er i virkelig ligeglade med dig/os . bare se på penang i malysia, der har de virkelig fået ansat en fætter, der abslut ikke er farang venlig, men det stopper ikke her, det breder sig til resten af asien, det vil for eftertiden blive sværere og sværere at opholde sig her i landet, medmindre du har kassen, rådighedsbeløbet vil blive sat kraftigt i vejret, da er de er træt af falang bar ejere, dykkere osv. som ikke bidrager til husholdingskassen. et godt råd er, mød op på ambassaden en mandag med din gule king-tshirt, nybarberet og tal meget høfligt til dem |

kvindemin. ja det er så din mening, om den er rigtig eller forkert ved jeg ikke. så vil jeg bare sige tak for kaffe. men glæder mig meget til at flytte til thailand. Spisested med vaarelser, Ban Nong Sung, vejen fra Udon mod Khon Kaen, hayway 2, ca 12-13 km fra Udon. svommepool.er aaben-Resevering af vaarelse-mail eller P.B- mig-eller ring-0856938985 [url]www.nonsunghomestay.webs.com[/url]vi henter i udon lufthavn. jeg vil lige give kvindemin ret de er blevet total ymylige i penang og ved også at de tolker reglerne anderledes oppe i nong kai end de gør anensteds men vil så også lige sige at det kan ikke have noget at gøre med dykkerfirmaer at gøre der oppe

JPO Her er lidt du kan tygge på, kvindemin har også ret m.h.t. forskellige "opfattelser" af loven på diverse immigrationskontorer. Den med Penang er så vides blevet "ordnet" så det er normalt igen. Som du kan se skal du først tænke på de 800K ved forlængelse, nogle steder kræver de at de skal stå i bank 3 mdr. før forlærngelsen, andre steder er det ok med din thai bank står inde for beløbet. Dutling...hvad er dit non imm. visa baseret på ? Nomenclature for types of visa and permissions to stay for Thailand. The basic entry/visa types of interest to most readers are listed below. For full information you may want to read the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website Initially, we will attempt to explain the differences between visas and ‘permission to stay’ stamps. These are often confused. A visa is fundamentally a document (affixed into the passport) issued to a foreigner by the Thai government allowing said foreigner to travel to the Kingdom and normally be granted permission to stay for a prescribed period. Visas can only be obtained outside of the Kingdom from a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate (usually). A visa has a validity period which denotes the period within which the visa may be used to apply for entry. The validity period is NOT the length of time you will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom using said visa. A ‘permission to stay’ stamp is entered into your passport upon arrival into the Kingdom. Whatever visa you hold, you will always receive this stamp. It will include the date of entry and date when you MUST leave the Kingdom or make alternative arrangements. The ‘length of stay’ will be dependent on what type of visa one holds. Once inside the Kingdom, this stamp is sacrosanct, your visa is now effectively irrelevant until you re-enter the country. 30 day entry stamp : for the majority of passport holders, this is a 'permission to stay 30 days' stamp only obtained (free of charge) at a port of entry into the Kingdom and is issued without the need for a visa. At the discretion of the immigration officer this may be extended for up to 7-15 days at an immigration office after which time the holder must leave the Kingdom. This is NOT a visa. 3 month validity, single entry tourist visa: pre-obtained at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate and will result in the holder obtaining a 60 day 'permission to stay' stamp upon entry. If required, this type of visa may be extended by 30 days at an immigration office, but after that time the holder must leave the country. After one entry, the visa is “used”. 6 month validity, 2 to 4 entry tourist visa: pre-obtained at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate and will result in the holder obtaining a 60 day 'permission to stay' stamp upon entry if from a 30 day visa exempt entry country (listed below) or 30 days if not. If required, this type of visa may normally be extended by 30 days at an immigration office, but after that time the holder must leave the country. The holder may then return to the Kingdom and will obtain a second 60 day 'permission to stay' stamp which can also be extended as previous and then the holder must leave. After the stipulated number of entries the visa is “used”. 3 month validity, single entry non-immigrant visa: pre-obtained at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate and will result in the holder obtaining a 90 day 'permission to stay' stamp. This visa can be extended up to one year for specific reasons and with the required documentation (see 12 month extensions). 12 month validity, multi entry non-immigrant visa: pre-obtained at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate (usually) in your home country and will result in the holder obtaining a 90 day 'permission to stay' stamp upon entry. Each time the holder enters the Kingdom whilst the visa is valid, he/she will obtain a further 90 day 'permission to stay stamp'. Such visas can be issued for students/work/family etc. but normally require supporting documentation. This visa can also be extended up to one year for specific reasons and with the required documentation (see 12 month extensions). Note: a 12 month validity, multi entry non-immigrant visa may also be obtained from some Royal Thai embassies outside your home country if you can provide evidence of your marriage to a Thai citizen (marriage certificate). 12 month extension to a non-immigrant visa: If you are holding a non-immigrant visa, you have the option of extending this by 12 months based on either retirement (50 years old or over) or support to a Thai citizen, work, education and such. This may only be accomplished at an immigration office inside the Kingdom and certain criteria have to be met. Such extensions consist of a stamp in your passport detailing “issue date” and “permitted to stay until” date. Note 1: If you are residing in the Kingdom under an extension to a non-immigrant visa and wish to leave the Kingdom at any time, then you will need to obtain a “re-entry permit” to avoid losing the extension and the subsequent need to re-apply (i.e. applying for a new non-immigrant visa and then extension of stay). Note 2: If you are residing in the Kingdom under an extension to a non-immigrant visa it is a legal requirement that the holder reports current address to an immigration office using form TM.47 (in person or by registered mail) every 90 days. Re-entering the Kingdom is the equivalent of a 90 day report. Note 3: If you are in possession of a valid tourist visa or a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp and qualify for extension of stay and plan on doing so, you may be permitted to change to a non-immigrant visa at an immigration office inside Thailand. This change of 'status' has certain restrictions depending on your particular circumstances therefore you should check with an immigration officer first. The information given above is for guideline purposes only. Each individual’s circumstances may differ to such an extent that a definitive description of the procedures involved is virtually impossible to present. And, the final decision on visa application/issue or entry into the Kingdom will always be at the discretion of the immigration officer. List of visa exempt countries (September 2007): Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, United Kingdom. Forlængelse List of documents for extension of stay in case of Retirement Application Form ( TM 7) with one photograph (size 4x6 cm.) Passport and its photocopy with certified true copy by the alien Application fee: 1,900 Baht Documents required are as follows; The account deposit with the bank in Thailand of not less than 800,000 Baht. The proof of such evidence is the updated bank passbook with the certified letter from the bank showing the money in the account of not less than 800,000 Baht which has been deposited in the account for the previous 3 months. OR Income from pension/social welfare of not less than 65,000 Baht per month. The proof of such evidence is a letter from the applicant's Embassy or Consulate in Thailand to certify that the applicant receives pension or other income of not less than 65,000 Baht per month. ... iøvrigt vil jeg godt anbefale 'admin' - at, hvis man overvejer at udvide FAQ'en udover niveauet "hvordan sætter man billeder ind i sine poster" til også at være relevant for dem der godt kan det - at man så inkluderer sn's engelske text som et fast link under et punkt a la 'FAQ -> visa/opholdstilladelse i Thailand' ... Det er sådan cirka den bedste prime'er udi emnet jeg har set - og jeg har set mange af slagsen. Men den kan ikke stå alene. Ta' den som en primer og find så ud af de specifikke krav, der gælder for din situation, fra andre kilder. Indrømmet, det er nok lidt for for tung læsning for flertallet af dtw's faste stab - specielt de klogeste af dem - men der kommer jo andre forbi i søgning efter troværdig info om Thailand. |
